JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
POSITION: PERMANENT WITH PROBATION PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years?
experience and must be able to demonstrate:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dictaphone typing, and must have
good IT skills.
* Excellent administrative skills and multitasking ability.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and
verbal.
* Self-starter:?proven initiative and demonstrated the ability to
develop and deliver.

* Good interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Carry out tasks and duties assigned by the Chief Executive and
Administrator/Office Manager.
RECEPTION
* GENERAL RECEPTION DUTIES
* PHONES: Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate person or
record messages.
* GENERAL: Working on Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
* TYPING & DICTAPHONE TYPING
* STAFF MEETINGS: Taking minutes at weekly meetings.
CONFERENCES & EVENTS
* Assist with administration and logistics for events and
conferences, including mailshots, printing documents, booking forms,
badges, confirmation letters, programmes, spreadsheets, folders and
all other relevant documents. Attendance at some events will be
required.
VOLUNTEERS & CHILDREN?S PROGRAMMES
* Assist with logistics and producing documents for our volunteer and
children?s programmes co-ordinator. Assist with logistics and
producing documents in relation to child protection and garda vetting.
OTHER TASKS
* Assist the Office Manager with the logistics and the processing of
accommodation bookings for I.H.S. apartment facility at Hyde Square.
* Administrative tasks for the Office Manager and Chief Executive.
* The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop
